ZO GLOBAL LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides consulting, advisory, administrative, digital, and program-based services. Due to the nature of professional services involving time, strategy, evaluation, and digital access, the following refund policy applies to all purchases made through the Company website, booking platforms, or associated services.

By purchasing or engaging services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Consulting Sessions and Strategic Services
Consulting sessions, discovery calls, and strategic advisory services involve preparation, scheduling allocation, and professional time. Refunds may be granted only when cancellation occurs prior to the scheduled service time.

Once a consultation has begun or has been completed, fees are non-refundable.

Credit Consulting and Administrative Support
Fees paid for credit consulting, credit education, dispute strategy, business consulting, or administrative support compensate for analysis, preparation, expertise, and operational execution. ZO GLOBAL LLC does not guarantee specific credit outcomes, financial results, or approvals.

Because work may begin immediately upon engagement, payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.

Digital Services and REELMOTION! Talent Network
REELMOTION! Talent Network operates as a program under ZO GLOBAL LLC. Participation may include submission review, administrative evaluation, digital processing, or coordination with creative collaborators. Any applicable fees are for evaluation, review, processing, or program access only.

Submission of materials or participation does not guarantee casting, representation, employment, selection, or creative opportunity. Once review, processing, or digital access has begun, fees are non-refundable.

Program Access and Digital Content
Access to digital programs, resources, or platform-based services may involve immediate allocation of resources. Once access is granted or services begin, payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

Exceptions
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of ZO GLOBAL LLC. Granting an exception in one instance does not establish an obligation to grant future refunds.

Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact ZO GLOBAL LLC directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with financial institutions.

Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
